The Acreage & Loxahatchee
Comprised of approximately 33 square miles and divided into over 17,000 one plus acre lots, the Acreage is considered the most affordable property, zoned agriculture, in Palm Beach County. Located north of Royal Palm B each and Loxahatchee Groves and west of West Palm Beach, the Acreage is governed by Indian Control Improvement District. Recent years have brought many improvements to the area such as paved roads, parks, improved drainage, shopping and schools. Home prices range from $100,000 up to $700,000.

Caloosa
Located west of PGA Boulevard off the Beeline, Caloosa is comprised of 5 acre lots with paved roads, septic systems and well water. It is a deed restricted community with a Home Owners Association. Horse trails run throughout the community. Home prices range from the low $600,000's over $800,000.

Fox Trail, Deer Run, White Fences
These equestrian, agriculture areas are located off Southern Boulevard 20 minutes from the Wellington Winter Equestrian Show Grounds. Upon entering Lion Country Safari Road, Fox Trail is the first community. Ungated and comprised of 5 acre parcels, homes can be purchased in the mid $300,000's over 1 million. Further down Lion Country Safari Road is a gate. Deer Run/White Fences are entered through the gate further down Lion Country Safari Road. Also comprised of mostly 5 acre parcels, homes can be purchased from the mid $600,000's to over 2 million. This is the home of the McPhail Dressage Equestrian Center. Paved roads exist throughout with septic systems and well water. Deed restrictions also apply.

Homeland
Homeland is a gated equestrian community located just west of State Road 7 and south of Lake Worth Road. The area is divided into 5 acre parcels. Due to it's proximity to the Everglades there is an abundance of wildlife. Home prices start in the upper $600,000's.

Horseshoe Acres
This unique country community is located almost in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens between the Florida Turnpike and Military Trail off Northlake Boulevard. I-95 access is a 5-10 minute drive. Horseshoe Acres is a gated community that consists of 1+ acre lots. Navigable canals for small boats wind throughout the community. Horses are permitted. Prices start in the $500,000's.

Jupiter Farms
Due to it's location just west of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike off Indiantown Road, Jupiter Farms is considered desirable. The area offers mostly 1 plus acre lots with custom homes ranging in value from $350,000 to over $600,000. The area is most famous for being home to Burt Reynold's Ranch which consists of the chapel he and Loni were married in and a movie studio.

Palm Beach Country Estates
The west end of Donald Ross Road dead ends into Palm Beach Country Estates. Being very close to I-95, the area has been considered one of the most desirable agriculture areas consisting of 1 plus acre lots. Prices start over $400,000.

Palm Beach Ranchettes
For the commuter in the south county area, Ranchettes is considered one of the most affordable horse areas. Lot sizes are 1 plus acre with custom built homes. Located north of Lake Worth Road and east of State Road 7, Ranchettes offers easy access to the Florida Turnpike. Home prices start around $400,000.
